First Timer’s Reception

New to the AICPA & CIMA ENGAGE conference? Join us at the First Timers Reception on Sunday, June 8 from 6:00pm–7:00pm. This reception is designed to help you get the most out of your experience. This welcoming event features dedicated stations where you can get answers to all your questions, explore the conference agenda, and receive guidance on navigating the event. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with fellow first-time attendees and network with leadership in a relaxed, friendly environment.

Join us for a complimentary behind-the-scenes look at Aria Resort & Casino's innovative sustainability initiatives. Discover energy-efficient systems, water conservation efforts, and eco-friendly practices that make Aria a leader in green hospitality. This tour offers a unique chance to see sustainability in action at one of Las Vegas’ most luxurious resorts. Please note that space is limited.

Vegas Food Tour

Discover the locals’ favorite destination, the newly revitalized booming downtown for a taste of true authenticity in independent establishments with chef-driven, seasonally focused farm-to-table fare and inspired craft cocktails. Receive immediate VIP seating, 3-4 signature dishes at every restaurant and a guided walking tour between stops packed with insider information about Las Vegas and sights along the way. At each stop, you'll have the chance to sit next to a different guest, perfect for networking. Each tour is approximately 2.5 hours. Please note: There are additional fees associated with this experience.

ENGAGE25 Step Challenge

Ready to get moving and have some fun? Join the ENGAGE25 Step Challenge! Track your steps, challenge yourself, and see how far you can go! Every step counts toward better health and some friendly competition never hurts! Strive to reach your Challenge Goals, work your way up the leaderboard and earn chances to win prizes. The Step Challenge will begin on Monday, June 9 at 12:01 am PDT and ends on Thursday, June 12 at 4:00pm PDT.

Zen Room: Your Oasis of Calm Amidst the Conference Hustle

Escape the hustle of the conference and step into the Zen Room, a peaceful space designed for relaxation and mindfulness. Unwind in a quiet, calming environment where you can take a break, breathe deeply, and reset. Join us daily for guided meditation sessions, led by experienced practitioners, to help you find focus, clarity, and balance amidst the busyness of the day. Reset your mind and return to the conference feeling refreshed and re-energized.

Roll out your yoga mat and join Amy Vetter for an interactive yoga and meditation session for a unique and memorable conference experience. Amy's session ranges from guided meditation to traditional vinyasa yoga, all levels welcome. Breathe in, stretch deep, and embrace the calm before the excitement of the event begins. See you on the mat!

Run/Walk

Lace up your shoes and join Jennifer Wilson of ConvergenceCoaching, LLC for a morning walk or run at ENGAGE! Meet us in the lobby entrance inside Aria on June 10th at 5:55am for a 6:00am start time. The walk/run will be approximately 45-50 minutes or ~4 miles if you’re a runner – it will be an “out and back,” so you decide your own distance and pace. All are welcome for this fun opportunity to exercise and connect with other AICPA & CIMA ENGAGE Conference attendees. Be sure to bring your water and dress for the weather, which will likely be hot! See you at 5:55am on June 10th!

Self- Defense Seminar

WAKE UP with Jeff Cook, a 4th degree black belt in Uechi-Ryu (Okinawan) Karate, leads this interactive and fun session to empower yourself with essential skills to stay safe and confident. Learn practical techniques to boost your awareness, defend yourself in various situations, and gain the confidence you need to protect yourself. Suitable for all levels, this session equips you with the tools to navigate the world with greater peace of mind.

Zumba

With upbeat music and fun dance moves, this session, led by Nicole DeRosa, is the perfect way to wake up, boost your mood, and start the day on a high note! No partner or dance experience needed—just bring your energy and let’s have some fun mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party! Zumba uses international music and steps - Salsa, Columbia, Merengue, Reggaeton, and is perfect for everybody and everybody, so ditch the workout, join the party!

Tai Chi

Join us for a gentle Tai Chi session, where slow, intentional movements will help you center your mind, ease tension, and awaken your body. This ancient practice promotes relaxation, focus, and energy—perfect for preparing yourself for a productive day ahead. No experience needed—just come ready to breathe, move, and find your flow.
