Lace up your shoes and join Jennifer Wilson and Renee Moelders of ConvergenceCoaching® LLC for a morning walk or run at ENGAGE24. The walk/run will be approximately 4 miles and will be an “out and back” so you can decide your own distance. All are welcome for this fun opportunity to exercise and connect with others!

Take the “work” out of work out by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party, led by Nicole DeRosa. Zumba uses international music and steps — Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, Reggaeton, and more. No partner or previous dance experience is required. Zumba is perfect for everybody and every body, so ditch the workout, join the party!

Learn practical techniques to boost your awareness, defend yourself in various situations, and gain the confidence you need to protect yourself. Suitable for all levels, this session equips you with the tools to navigate the world with greater peace of mind.

Tai Chi

Experience the health benefits of tai chi, blending gentle physical exercise and stretching with mindfulness. This ancient practice creates an overall sense of well-being and is suitable for all levels of mobility.

ENGAGE24 Step Challenge

Participate in a friendly, healthy competition with your peers as you work your way up the leaderboard. Strive to reach your Challenge Goals and earn chances to win prizes. The Step Challenge will begin on Monday, June 3 at 12:01 a.m. PDT and ends on Thursday, June 6 at 11:59 p.m. PDT
